The ACSC does not list an FDC for this stamp, and does not provide an exact issue date nor an earliest recorded date, stating only that "The first printing was in August 1937, but issue was delayed until March 1938". On that basis, this item must be considered to have been cancelled on the first possible day of issue, and is apparently the only recorded First Day Cover.
