Robert Odenweller Certificate (2018) "... it is genuine as described, with internal roulettes at top" but does not mention the minor imperfections.

Jean C Widini/Paris h/s on reverse and Peter Holcombe Certificate (1989) states "...  genuine"  mentioning the minor imperfections. A very scarce & attractive multiple.

No Handstamp Double varieties are listed by either Stanley Gibbons or Campbell Patterson.
