This same design was used for the New South Wales Postal Stationery Stamped-to-Order envelopes produced for the firm.

2044 PSE image1902 (Jan 10) usage of Hancock's Bismark Brand Lager Beer 'The Purest Beverage in the World' advertising envelope with stamp collar printed in blue at U/R, additionally Stamped-to-Order with QV Circular 1d red indicia printed alongside, to Australia with Auckland cds, Sydney 'JA17' arrival b/s, a couple of very minor blemishes. The basic envelope was intended to have the stamp placed inside the 'collar'; once the printed indicia was added this was of course unneceesary. Rare and attractive.

2045 c image1915 (June 14) usage of Egypt 'Temple d'Abydos' picture postcard unfranked to Wellington from serviceman on Gallipoli Peninsula, Turkey with very fine Australian Army ‘1ST AUST. DIV. FIELD PO/18JE15' cds and boxed Crowned Unit Censor h/s in red, minor blemishes. The chatty message includes "Thanks so much for sending papers, they are eagerly sought after here in the trenches ... Weather here glorious summer ... am quite settled down to the noise of the guns but cannot get used to shrapnel shells".

2046 c image1915-16 Gallipoli group  with 1) piece of rough cardboard apparently cut from an ammunition box with 'INFANTRY BRIGADE' cds of 24JU15 & Censor #2640 cachet in rosine; 2) cover with very fine strike of the rare 'HEADQUARTERS/OTAGO/27AUG1915/MOUNTED RIFLE/REGIMENT' datestamp in rosine; 3) cover with 'HEADQUARTERS/FIELD/3DE15/POST OFFICE/NZ DIVISION' cds (used on Gallipoli 3 to 7.12.1915 only); 4) NZEF Christmas greetings card with photograph within 'Landing at Anzac Cove...'; also 5) 1916 Egyptian PPC with racist message & superb Indian-pattern 'PASSED BY CENSOR/FORCE IN EGYPT/ 14 ' cachet in red allocated to No 2 NZ Rifle Brigade as part of the Western Frontier Force; plus a scarce group of real photo PPCs showing soldiers x2 (one with ½d x2 tied by 'TRENTHAM MILITARY CAMP' machine cancel), an unused patriotic of children with flags & nurses uniforms; also 'NZ FREE LANCE POST CARD' "The Bully of Europe - Kaiser Bill Runs Amok" used at 'OHAUPO', a few problems; finally NZ YMCA card 'Our Little Grey Home at the Base', most are fine to very fine.

BPA Certificate (1933) as Double Overprint but not mentioning the omitted fraction bar; Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel Certificate (2004) mentions both varieties and states "According to Gibbs unique". [Robert Gibbs at page 267 indicates that only one mint example of the dual variety has been recorded. However, he subsequently recorded a second example: see his certificate with Lot 2061]

Overprints '2½d.' on 20pf blue with Double Overprint and additionally with No Fraction Bar in '½' SG 104ae being the first unit in a horizontal strip of 3 (the last unit without Double Overprint) tied to small piece by Apia cds of 24.11.14, Bothe guarantee handstamps, Cat £1340++. Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel Certificate (2004) and Robert Gibbs Certificate (2010) that states "...I have recorded...two examples...in which one impression shows No Fraction Bar, one in an unused pair, the other being in this used strip of three". However, it is evident that both overprints impacting the first unit are without the fraction bar.
