signed by both pilots, excellent postal history content with upratings including three different 10d each re-rated 9c with 1c adhesive, 1948 from Phillips Ponds (SA) cancelled at 'WOOMERA WEST', 1952 to Austria with censor cachet within, unusual

Postal Stationery. The example illustrated in the ACSC - Ex Keith Freebairn - sold at our auction of 9.2.2008 for $10,485. This is believed to be the only other complete label recorded.

LETTER CARDS: 1906 'Goodman's Patent' Reply Letter Card essay in violet/buff, missing a small corner piece of selvedge, the
perforations sensibly reinforced with archival tape. Probably the finest of the few examples we have seen. An important "forerunner" for the 1911 1d+1d issue but with the reply-half inverted in relation to the message-half.
