Tied by purple 1885 Saltillo oval date stamps on cover to Wisconsin, endorsed "Via Laredo", with "Unclaimed" and advertised cds, reverse with receiving and DLO handstamp, Very Fine, the 6c rate to the U.S. was in place briefly before it went down to 5c, just a handful of covers exist with the 2c stamp, let alone paying this uncommon rate.
