Malala" attacked by submarine, 1892 Granby, Quebec to Stokenham, England with purple "Saved from wreck s.s. 'Eider.' " framed handstamp, 1862 "Saved from the wreck of the Colombo" framed handstamp on reverse cover from Madras to England; 1892 S.S. "Wairarapa" ran into a cliff east of Miners Head, Northern Barrier Island from New South Wales to N.Y., 1899 S.S. "Labrador" wreck on Mackenzie Rock near Hebrides from Toronto to London, etc.
