Experts are trying to solve the "what is it" question of this unusual

on Mar. 30th as indicated by the entry backstamp, black "5" decimes due handstamp, Brest (3.30) entry and Douarnenez (3.31) arrival backstamps, Very Fine, One of only two recorded examples of this unlisted NYFM killer.
Weiss No. TR-M10; Estimate $200 - 300.
This newly discovered NYFM was documented by Dan Richards in his article "NYFM Update, Part 2" (CC News, August 2011, p. 115). The two recorded covers were used on the same
