Since Smith stayed in New York, we believe "He's in Houston" refers to the appearance of Woodrow Wilson at the convention. Cover is handmade airmail envelope with Red & Blue Boxed Biplane c/c & "VIA/AIR MAIL" hand-stamped over it.
