Worldwide Public Auction - March 23, 2026

Welcome to Phoenix Auctions #112, starting at 10am on Monday 23rd March. This is our 3rd, auction for 2026. Auction 112 is a public auction and will be held in our Boardroom. We hope you find the wide range of lots appealing and interesting.
  • Session 1 (lots 8001-8461) Monday morning with Australian Commonwealth to the end of the Decimals
  • Session 2 (lots 8462-9108) Monday afternoon continues with the balance of Australia, Colonies, Territories and then the Rest of World.
There are a significant number of high-value Roos, many with varieties, KGV heads are also well represented with rare shades, an unrecorded 1½d Black Brown plate 9B imprint (lot 8236) and a very rare ½d Sgl Wmk Cracked Electro (lot 8212). There a a number of rare decimal varieties as well. The Rest of the World includes strong British Commonwealth with very good sections of Canada & Provinces and New Zealand. We are also offering a good range of KGVI single country collections.
  • The buyer's commission is just 22%.
  • Viewing is available 10am-4pm from Sunday 15th March to Sunday 22nd March (there is no viewing on Saturdays), limited viewing is available on auction day.
  • Auction 112 is a Public auction and will be live on the net via our own auction systems. Just login as usual and then open the Live Bidding window, the link is active from 20 minutes before the start of the auction. Live Bidding gives you the ability to bid on each lot just as if you were in the room. We also have phone bidding available.
