1858/1980 (ca.), mint never hinged, predominantly unused and used collection with a fair amount of duplicates, including Officials, Buenos Aires and Corrientes, in the early issues specialized with some shades, commencing with the Confederación and  Escuditos, the latter with both types represented, including 15 c. blue without accent used (Mi.-Nr. 7I, certificate APS), 10 c. green with scarcer dotted cancel, followed by an attractive group of the early Rivadavias including 1867 5c. rose-carmine used, three single showing fine, worn and oily printings (Mi.-Nr. 14 var.), 15 c. blue, perforated on watermarked paper, used x4 (Mi.-Nr. 13) as well as one unused wihout gum (perf trimmed), 1864 10c. green variety imperforate (Mi.-Nr. 12 var), etc., in the modern area with some souvenir sheets; few forgeries and reprints noted. Slightly mixed condition in the classic area, later overall in good and fresh condition. A useful assembly, neatly housed in 3 stockbooks/album.

1854/1983 (ca.), large mint never hinged and predominantly unused and used collection, spanning a wide range of areas and assembled somewhat eccentrically, showing a fine part of Straits Settlements and Malay States, Selangor commencing with various 1883 overprint types on the Crown CA issues, Sarawak from the 1869 printings, Dutch Indies with 1864 10 c. lake (Mi.-Nr. 1) used and Postage Dues, Nepal, fine part of Samoa opening with the Express and Palms issues; Philippines well represented, including imperforated trials, Tibet with 1934 1 t. orange in full sheet on toned native paper, Afghanistan with Officials and some large multiples. Also a few covers with Transcaucasia 1923 cover to Berlin bearing Ararat 1k. horizontal pair and 18l. (Mi.-Nr. 27, 33) tied by black cachet of Annenskoje (ex Dr Grigoleit), Tibet 1924 Mount Everest Expedition photocard from Darjeeling to Bristol, on reverse signed "J.B.L. Noel Captain” (photographer and movie camera operator), etc. Few forgeries noted; a delightful assembly, neatly housed in two albums

Crown/Eagle (Mi.-Nr. 3I) addressed to Berlin, used with cds "SHANGHAI 18 4 98”; noted some usages from Macau with 1898 reply card used locally, and more. Mixed condition
