1847(1920 (ca.), very interesting unused and used collection containing some covers, many better throughout, including USA Mi.-Nr. 1 used, Mi.-Nr. 2ND, Mi.-Nr. 5-7, 23-25 used, Pictorial Issue 1-30 c., Mi.-Nr.  36-48, Columbus 1-50c., Omaha 1c. - 2$ used, 50 c. unused, a bit Confederate States, including MI.-Nr. 1 used, Mi.-Nr. 2 unused, Mi.-Nr. 5 on small cover (faults), furthermore a good section of Mexiko Mi.-Nr. 1-8, some bisects, quartered stamps, few covers, Argentina including Buenos Aires "Barquitos”, Bolivia, Brazil including Bulls Eyes, also Chile, Columbia incl Mi.-Nr. 1-5, 6-8 and 9-13, Uruguay Mi.-Nr. 5-7 no gum, slightly mixed, but overall good condition

1874/1990 (ca.), mixed large holding in several stockbooks, without expensive items, but generally widely spread, in two large cartons

1858/1980 (ca.), mint never hinged, predominantly unused and used collection with a fair amount of duplicates, including Officials, Buenos Aires and Corrientes, in the early issues specialized with some shades, commencing with the Confederación and  Escuditos, the latter with both types represented, including 15 c. blue without accent used (Mi.-Nr. 7I, certificate APS), 10 c. green with scarcer dotted cancel, followed by an attractive group of the early Rivadavias including 1867 5c. rose-carmine used, three single showing fine, worn and oily printings (Mi.-Nr. 14 var.), 15 c. blue, perforated on watermarked paper, used x4 (Mi.-Nr. 13) as well as one unused wihout gum (perf trimmed), 1864 10c. green variety imperforate (Mi.-Nr. 12 var), etc., in the modern area with some souvenir sheets; few forgeries and reprints noted. Slightly mixed condition in the classic area, later overall in good and fresh condition. A useful assembly, neatly housed in 3 stockbooks/album.

1854/1983 (ca.), large mint never hinged and predominantly unused and used collection, spanning a wide range of areas and assembled somewhat eccentrically, showing a fine part of Straits Settlements and Malay States, Selangor commencing with various 1883 overprint types on the Crown CA issues, Sarawak from the 1869 printings, Dutch Indies with 1864 10 c. lake (Mi.-Nr. 1) used and Postage Dues, Nepal, fine part of Samoa opening with the Express and Palms issues; Philippines well represented, including imperforated trials, Tibet with 1934 1 t. orange in full sheet on toned native paper, Afghanistan with Officials and some large multiples. Also a few covers with Transcaucasia 1923 cover to Berlin bearing Ararat 1k. horizontal pair and 18l. (Mi.-Nr. 27, 33) tied by black cachet of Annenskoje (ex Dr Grigoleit), Tibet 1924 Mount Everest Expedition photocard from Darjeeling to Bristol, on reverse signed "J.B.L. Noel Captain” (photographer and movie camera operator), etc. Few forgeries noted; a delightful assembly, neatly housed in two albums

1880/2001 (ca.), mostly used collections Laos 1951-1996, Indonesia 1948-1989 incl. Indonesian Republic, Philipines 1880-1975, China, Korea, Shanghai, Local-Post, Mongolia 1931-1991, Vietnam 1945-1976, Cambodia, etc., without expensive items, but generally widely spread, in stockbooks in two large cartons

1932/74, Manchukuo and Mongolia, group of unmounted mint /unused and used, beginning with a representative selection of the first Manchukuo Republic Pagoda and Pu Yi issues with values to 1 yuan, continuing through to the later 1945 issues, also includes a selection of Mongolia from 1932 onwards. Except for the occasional fault, overall in good and fresh condition, neatly housed in one stockbook

1898/1908 (ca.), interesting group of over 65 cards, including Hong Kong, German Offices in China and Macao, noted some better usages with 1898 1 c. Chinese stationery card uprated with Coiling Dragons 1 c. (2), sent to Berlin via "SHANGHAI 27 FEB 98” with additional franking Hong Kong 2 c. paying for outgoing transportation; 1898 German "Nur Für Marine-Schiffsposten” 10 pfg. stationery card with additional "China” on 10 pfg. Crown/Eagle (Mi.-Nr. 3I) addressed to Berlin, used with cds "SHANGHAI 18 4 98”; noted some usages from Macau with 1898 reply card used locally, and more. Mixed condition 

1867/2010, mint never hinged, predominantly unused and used collection with a few covers, including Postage Dues, commencing with an attractive selection of the 1867 Condors, showing 5 c. green (x25) with shades including unused multiples (Mi.-Nr. 1), 10 c. brown used (Mi.-Nr. 2), 1868 5 c. violet, a fine horizontal pair used with large "CORREO DE LA PAZ” handstamp (Mi.-Nr. 5, signed Todd), followed by the 1868 Nine Stars issue to the 500 centavos black (x2), etc., together with a generous amount of duplicates. Except for the occasional fault, overall in good and fresh condition, neatly housed in two stockbooks.

1867/1987, mint never hinged/unused and mostly used collection, including Postage Dues, some duplicates in the early issues, starting with the Condor issues with better items like Mi.-Nr. 2 unused no gum, etc., some occasional faults as to be expected, mostly in good and fresh condition, a few values signed Georg Bühler, neatly mounted in one album

1853/1854: Postmaster General's Postal Notices (2) with March 1853 examples "Reduction of Postage on Letters to Brazil" and the new rates to be charged from April 1st. with payment in advance only; and August 1854 example "Mails for Brazil and the River Plate" noting that mail would now be possible twice a month due to a contract with the South American and General Steam Navigation Co. Both with restoration and each with "LERWICK" Post Office datestamps of receipt in green. Scarce.

1853/2008, unmounted mint and predominantly unused and used colelction with a few covers, including Officials and Postage Dues, showing a fair amount of duplicates, commencing with a fine selection of the imperforated Colons, showing the First London, Desmadryl and Gillet printings with Lithographed 5 c. reddish-brown used (Mi.-Nr. 3, certificate BPA), Second London printing 5 c. on slightly blued paper, block of six used (small faults), 1861 1 c. yellow x7 (Mi.-Nr. 4), 20 c. green x9 (Mi.-Nr. 6), etc., 1953 special centenary souvenir sheet (Mi.-Nr. 473-474 DB), together with a group of Chilean Occupation overprints, and more.
