1423 PC   imageGroup of 10 Queen Victoria Stationery Cards, with Some Better, note a lovely strike of Arva Ont. on a Jubilee card, a 1c QV card with very fine strikes of Kingston and Goderich squared circles on front, a scarce 1891 Woodstock Ont unofficial duplex (with "10" in killer), an 1891 1c blue card with a very nice strike of the desirable "BLYTH" fancy cancel, an 1897 Toronto flag to Waterford with squared circle receiver on front, three 1c cards uprated with a 1c SQ, (two to Germany, one with illustrated Niagara falls on back, and one to France) and a few more, some with advertising on back. 1429 CVR   imageCollection of Canadian Expeditionary Force in Occupied Germany, 1918-1919, mounted and annotated, with about 50 covers and cards, identifying the associated units, field post offices and other pertinent details tracing the participation of the Canadian Expeditionary Force in the Rhine / Cologne region of Occupied Germany. The collector was diligent in searching for the correspondence from the many Canadian units that served in the region, with correspondence noted from the 1st and 2nd Divisional Train, the Canadian Cyclist Batallion, the 4th Canadian Brigade Headquarters, the 5th Canadian Divisional Ammunition Column, Canadian Corps Headquarters, the 2nd Rail Head at Siegburg, the 2nd Canadian motor Machine Gun Brigade, Camp Commandant Corps Headquarters and more..
