Spanish Outposts, Zamboanga, 1898 1m/2P Alfonso XIII, "C./ 1898/ Resellado/ 1899/ T." Overprints, 27 stamps total in 13 different denominations, many mint but note used including 2c, 5c, 8c, 10c (two, one on piece), 20c, 2p and few others, mint stamps mostly o.g. but few without gum, minor faults to be expected, Fine and elusive group; Zamboanga was a safe zone for Spanish soldiers awaiting transport back to Spain, lack of stamps resulted in the overprinting of excess Spanish period stock for postal use and sometimes for other proofs of payment.
