JACKPOT ACCUMULATION OF OLD COLLECTIONS Two large cartons bursting with seventeen old albums plus a couple of stock books. The old albums are almost exclusively Scott National albums that have seen better days, since they are all remnant collections
from a dealer»s backroom storage. Most of the better material has been removed with the consequence that the collections all bear a strikingly similar appearance because what is left is mostly rather common. A few have a smattering of 19th century
issues, there are scattered Washington-Franklins and a handful of early 20th century commemoratives. Most albums have the same National Parks, Famous Americans, low value Prexies, low value Liberty issues and 3c to 5c commemorative issues of the
1950s and 1960s, plus a few Airmails. Here and there we note some Back of Book and Possessions. The new owner will "hit the jackpot" of Scott National collections! |

ACCUMULATION OF OLD COLLECTIONS discovered in the dark recesses of a stamp dealer»s backroom closet containing about ten old albums, a couple of stock books, two small dealer counter books and two glassine boxes of mint and used
duplicates. Most of the albums are Scott National Albums that are remainder collections, and thus contain mostly rather common material as well as some postage. The counter books have mostly inexpensive material and the glassines do have some blocks
and plate blocks. A sharp-eyed viewer could discover a few hidden items of value. |

US DEALER STOCK TO 2002 IN 12 BINDERS. arranged by Scott number on stock pages, doesn't really start until the 1920s, mix of mint and used throughout, some useful pre-WWII issues but the main attraction is the significant amount of
postage in modern issues, including complete sheets and booklets, difficult to estimate total due to the large number of singles but we're certain it'll add up quickly, additionally a small BOB selection, generally F-VF, viewing is recommended to see
if this is for you |
