580	CVR		1855 12c Rate Cover to Prince Edward Island, mailed from Cloverport, Kentucky on SEP.27.1855 and addressed to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Franked with a sheet margin block of 3c Washington imperforates (Type II, with some faults), each cancelled and tied to cover with three better than usual strikes of Prince Edward Island datestamps dated OCT.12.1855. Back has same datestamp (same date) plus a St John New Brunswick OCT 7 and a blue St Andrews NB datestamp dated OCT 3 (or 8?). There is a notation "per Steamer to Boston".
