Admiral, Wet Printing with Vancouver BC Style 2 Precancel, a mint never hinged block of 16, with each stamp being very nicely centered. We noticed a few broken bars, as listed in the catalogue. A few stamps show a bit of gum disturbance, and the
block is about to separate into two blocks of 8, still a very fine and rare multiple, especially mint never hinged.
