339 E/P   imageSet of Four Different Admiral Enlarged Reversed Essays, with a blue, a red, a black and a green block of 6 with sheet margins at right, printed on thicker, coated paper. These were made in Germany by Dr. Eckerlin as a proposal for a cheaper security printing method, the rotary intaglio process. Normally found in blocks of four or smaller, as very few larger blocks of these remain. Very fine.
