146 O   imageAccumulation of Newfoundland Perfins, with 347 Ayre, A.N.D. and G.K. perfins displayed on 7 black stockpages. While there is some duplication, we note a good variety of different stamps and positions, including many better with retail values of up to $100 each. For example we saw an Ayre perfin on Scott #126 (very fine), A.N.D. perfins on #s 67, 121 and 123 (all very fine), and G.K. on #s 83 and 91, etc. Overall fine or better, and not often offered. 147 O/og/nh   imageCollection of Mint and Used Newfoundland in a Like-New Lindner Album, the main collection is mainly mint, with a few used sprinkled here and there. We counted 174 different stamps, plus duplication of 2 to many of some, as well as a few blocks of four, an imperforate pair (#189), etc. Also includes 22 covers, including first days, censored, etc. A good spot check of the mint stamps showed them to be all hinged, but assume there will be some NH in there. Overall fine or better, pictures only show a small sampling. (Scan 1) (Scan 2) (Scan 3) (Scan 4) (Scan 5) (Scan 6) (Scan 7) (Scan 8) (Scan 9) (Scan 10) (Scan 11) (Scan 12) (Scan 13) (All Images)

148 O/og/nh 1/270 imageLarge Collection of Mint and Used Newfoundland, displayed on 37 black stock pages, with either mint or used, but more often both. It is important to note that throughout the collection the mint hinged stamps are displayed upside down, and the NH right side up (majority of the mint are NH). Starts with 8 diff. mint Pence issues, plus two used, followed by a collection that is roughly 80% complete (mint and used), noting shades, perforations, with strong mint Dues and Airmail. Back of the book includes some Revenues (incl. gutter pairs), tobacco stamps, four covers each with a different single franking (2c to 5c) of the Caribou stamp, etc. A quality collection with mostly fine to very fine stamps, and many valuable items. Our scans should give a good idea.
