Wax seal on the back. scarce usage of the 3 tangas Ceres correctly used to Paris. Please note: the 25 mm Nova-Goa Mf#ntral registration CDS (date bridge over “R”) was used briefly in 1926 and 1927. Both stamps are tied by a partial “Nova-Goa” registration postmark. There are 3 US registration postmarks on the back: double oval “New York” x 2 and a double circle magenta “Bridgeport” postmark. “Nova-Goa” registration label on the front.
