20pa. slate blue, single in combination with 1867 Second Issue 2pi. blue, tied on 1876 (1.9) cover from Port Said to Pons, France, by POSTE EGIZIANE / PORTO SAID / 1.SET.76 cds with similar alongside, cover mailed via the French Post Office in
Alexandria, arrived at Pons on 9 Sept. via Modane, the UPU rate was 1 pi. 20 pa., overpaid by 1 piastre, second issue 2 pi. accepted in part payment even though it was invalidated as of 1 Feb., 1872, some cover tears, a unique mixed franking of the
Second and Third Issue, a remarkable showpiece.
