The Hague uprated with Wilding ½d & 11d plus Waterlow 2/6d Castle paying the 4/8d "all up" rate made up of 3/10d registration and insurance (to £200) and 10d postage for 2 oz. 12 Oct. 1956 8½d registered envelope bearing a single Waterlow 2/6d used
from Ockham to Montego Bay, Jamaica sent contrary to regulations as it contained cash. It was resealed and returned by customs with framed "Contrary to Regulations/F.B." hs and boxed "REGISTERED LETTER/RETURN TO SENDER" hs struck over "AIR MAIL"
