Curved “REGISTERED’ handstamp in black at left and “U.S.CHARGE / TO COLLECT / 5CENTS” applied in San Francisco for 5 cents transit postage due from a non-Treaty country and a 5 cent Postage Due applied confirming payment by the recipient.
