colour and superb, large part og. Illustrated in Edward Hibbert "St. Helena" on colour plate viii. Only 12 of each these varieties can exist, with a block of twenty housed in the collection of King Charles III, leaving a possible ten examples of each

unused vertical pair, variety "Double Surcharge" on the lower stamp (positions 37 / 49), well centred, large part og. The Setting was of five horizontal rows of twelve stamps, the second application of the forme was one row too high, resulting in the
