Found to be double weight and struck with framed "INSUFFICIENTLY PAID / VIA BRINDISI" and "DEFICIENT POSTAGE - 3 d. / FINE - 6 d. = 9d.", both in black with further large '9' in manuscript above. Reverse with Glasgow arrival (Feb 15, 1876). Listed in the Ben Palmer Queensland census on page 216.
