 EAST AFRICA 1897 3pesa postcard written at Kavirola 8.IX.97 but only went in the post two months later, where it has a DAR-ES-SALAAM cancel, addressed to Dr Simon, written by the paediatrician Dr Hosemann. Text talks of the
expedition he was on with 100 men to Karema, the seat of the 'White Feathers' on Lake Tanganyika. Interesting. (Image)
