Headquarters. Returned to Harbin Central Head FieldPost Office (16 Feb) with type 7A cds. Futher transit San Francisco (7 Mar). Arrived New York DLO. Returned again to Harbin Field PostOffice (14 Jul). Redirected again to London (8 Nov).
Extraordinary route with magnificent Harbin FPO cancellation. Peculiar andinteresting. Opened out for display.

 1907 a pair of Brest PPC to Shanghai via sea route. both f.w. Russian Coat of Arms 4k. One card not cancelled while another card used by Brest cds. Arrived Shanghai German PO, Shanghai Chinese PO and Shanghai LPO subsequently.
Sea route instead of Chinese Eastern Railway was adopted due to the Russo-Japanese War.
1907年一對布列斯特風光明信片經海路寄上海，均貼俄國軍徽圖4戈比。一件漏銷，另一件銷 布列斯特日戳。經上海德局，交清郵及工部郵局抵達。兩例因日俄戰爭而採用海路而非中東鐵路。(Image 1)

Disinfection was carried out on mails from China between 1895 and 1900 due to the cholera epidemics. This example was not recorded by Hellrigl.
1899.5.30 北京寄德國。北京風光明信片，貼軍徽圖4戈比，銷北京俄局日戳。圖案一面鈐有恰克圖“OBEZZARAZHEHO”防疫蒸薰橫戳。
經莫斯科。6.25抵Mainz。在1895及1900年間，寄自中國的郵件因防範霍亂而需被消毒。此例未被Hellrigl記錄。(Image 1)
