 1915 French Occupation Crops in Tientsin (6 Nov) to France, f.w. 300th Anniv of Romanvo Dynasty 2x 4k + Coat of Arms ovpt. “KITAI” 3k on reverse, tied by Tientsin Russian PO type 6 cds. Censored and re-sealed at Petrograd.
Arrived Vincennes (21 Dec). Scarce franking of Romanov issue which was not available in the Russian PO in China but was accepted when supplied by the customer. 2012 (Apr) David Feldman lot 20014.

Arrived Rhone (Jul). This red and black label was only used between 1908 and 1909.

French. Transit Yokohama (4 Nov). Arrived Los Angeles (26 Nov). This type 7A index a cds was not recorded in “Stamps of the Russian Empire used Abroad”. Russian PO in China was closed in Nov 1920.
