FÄLSCHUNGEN; 1920, ungebrauchte und gestempelte Partie von 46 Stück der "C.I.H.S."-Aufdrucke in einem kleinem Einsteckbuch. Anbei liegt eine Echtheitsbescheinigung für 31 Stück der Oppelner Notausgabe vom Sohn von M. Hertel. Wir haben sieben Werte zum Prüfen dem BPP-Prüfer Gruber gesendet, die er alle mit "Aufdruck falsch" signierte. Die Erhaltung ist etwas unterschiedlich, da einige Werte etwas stärker getönt sind.
