1668		1936 (Sep 17) Registered cover from Umtali to Queensland franked Southern Rhodesia 2/-, burnt at the lower left corner, repaired with a Straits Settlements Official Sealed label endorsed "Salvaged" and initialled, central Singapore c.d.s (Oct. 5), also tied by a Darwin c.d.s (Oct 7). An exceptional registered acceptance from Southern Rhodesia, flown to Cairo, eastbound on the "Athena" and on to Singapore where it was offloaded. Photo on Page 202.
