1689 1939 (June 10) Long registered cover from Singapore to The Hague, Holland, bearing a Singapore O registration label but the stamps washed off, a little stained and water crumpled, endorsed "Salvaged Mail Ex Centurion" with two light strikes of the cachet in red, Singapore backstamp, accompanied by a handwritten explanatory slip signed by the sGravenhage Postmaster with his cachet dated July 1. Very rare and possibly unique from this crash.

1690 1954 (Mar 11) Cover from Adelaide to India with Australia 1/6, a second stamp missing and a little scorched, unusually without any cachet but enclosed within an ambulance envelope with printed boxed cachet, Cochin backstamp (Mar 30). An unusual destination for mail from this crash. (2).

1691 1954 (Mar 12) Cover from Sydney to London franked 10/-, fire damaged at top, with two strikes of red boxed "SALVAGED MAIL / AIRCRAFT CRASH / SINGAPORE 13.3.1954", forwarded within a very large and long ambulance envelope (40x15cm) with printed "DIRECTOR OF POSTS / SINGAPORE" and "ON HER MAJESTYS SERVICE" heading (with a bar through "ON HIS MAJESTYS SERVICE"), the ambulance envelope also with two strikes of the Salvaged Mail cachet, ambulance envelope a little creased but very rare in this large size. (2).
