Ovpt. (100a). Block of four containing two error pairs, selvage at bottom, original gum, top stamps h.r., bottom error stamps tiny trace of hinging at top, fresh and bright colorVERY FINE. A RARE BLOCK CONTAINING THE "CANAL ZONE" OMITTED
