VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A BEAUTIFUL AND VERY RARE USE OF THE NEW YORK CITY CARRIER DEPARTMENT STAMP ON A PRINTED VALENTINE COVER, WHICH IS EVEN MORE DESIRABLE WITH THE TYING HANDSTAMPED MARKING.
