Horizontal pair, tiny h.r., rich color, Fine, with 1973 P.F. certificate made out to Dr. William Kornfeld, the leading expert on United States coils at the time, this pair has pencil "Fake" written on the reverse, no doubt someone checked the perforations and concluded it was not Perf 12 as should be for government coil No. 353 and, as a committee of one, declared the pair to be not genuine, further study has proven this pair to be genuine (Image)
