McNary datelined "Macon Georgia July 10 1864", to Washington Pa., prisoner's endorsement at left, 3c Rose (65) tied by quartered cork, "Old Point Comfort Va. Jul. 24" double-circle datestamp, minor toning, appears Very Fine, Lt. Oliver R. McNary, a member of Co. E of the 12th Pa.
