Mint N.H., showing bottom right portion of the design and also with color test strip and brown second plate no. also partly visible at far edge, margin uneven at bottom, Very Fine, a very unusual item, this is either printer's waste or was miscut and passed thru quality control as part of a pad of stamps, at any rate it is very difficult to find plate numbers for this issue (Image)
