A SUPERB AND RARE BLOCK OF FOUR IN THE FINEST ATTAINABLE QUALITY. Any block of four of the Lombardy-Ventetia 45c value is rare, as this was the highest denomination that was printed. What makes this particular block so special is its outstanding quality, without any of the creases or other faults that plague most existing used blocks from this time period.
