(1862) circular datestamp on cover to Winona Miss., Very Fine and extremely late use one day before Farragut anchored in front of the city, only a few days later New Orleans was occupied and the Louisiana state flag was removed from City Hall by Farragut and and his marines on April 29 (Image)
