White Tie, scratched plate, transient ink spots, used consists largely of pairs, three on pieces incl. vertical pair tied by perfect strike of red Alexandria La. circular datestamp on top of indicia of 3c U.S. cut square, couple other colored cancels, range of shades, a flaw here or there may be found but overall a Very Fine and attractive group, worth review or a full scan request (Image)
