VERY FINE. AN IMPRESSIVE AND SCARCE COVER FROM THE FAMOUS "MRS. STRANGE" CORRESPONDENCE.

Also of note is this cover is endorsed "O. Mowatt, MPP" at bottom left. Mr. Mowatt was a member of the Provincial Parliament and Postmaster General just a few years later. Ex Seybold (with his handstamp on reverse), Dale-Lichtenstein, Nickle, Guildford and Gross. (Image)
