New Republic Collection, 1886-1887. 117 stamps, thirteen of which are used, contains all major Scott numbers except Nos. 1A, 51 and 65, the First Issue also collected by the different dates incl. on the higher values, the used stamps often duplicate a mint example, otherwise practically no duplication, many with original gum, some small faults, but largely a Fine lot of this challenging country, three P.F. and one A.P.S. certificate accompany, Scott Retail for the basic stamps is probably over $10,000.00
