VERY FINE AND CHOICE. AN EXTREMELY RARE CUT SQUARE OF THE 3-CENT RED ON WHITE DIE 3 NESBITT ISSUE. VERY FEW UNUSED EXAMPLES ARE KNOWN.

The 2012 UPSS catalogue reports two unused entires known, both with faults. Perhaps four or five unused cut squares are known, at least two with faults.

A Power Search review reveals how rare the Die 4 Nesbitt Issue is in unused condition. We have sold no other examples since keeping computerized records and in all our Rarities of the World sales. The 2012 UPSS Catalogue reports no mint entires. It is believed that only one mint full corner is known.
