With 2008 P.S.E. certificate (VF-XF 85, unpriced in SMQ as Mint N.H., SMQ $950.00 as hinged), the much more common 3c in Mint N.H. condition carries about a 2.3-times multiplier in 85 grade for never hinged versus hinged (Image)
