847		Sandy Hill N.Y. Half-Dime Rate Handstamp. In red and green, red handstamp with matching "Sandy Hill N.Y. June 25" dotted oval datestamp on folded cover to Schuylerville N.Y. docketed 1846, slightly toned but a sharp detailed strike, green handstamp with matching "Paid" and "Sandy Hill N.Y.
