13390 St. L04-15 image[Exposition Cancel] International Machine World's Fair slogan cancel (Bomar St. L04-15), a nice Mar 28, 1902 strike from machine "5" ties a 2¢ First Bureau on an attractive red & blue illustrated ad for Edw. Westen Tea & Spice Co. of St. Louis which includes a World's Fair stamp-like design featuring a portrait of James Monroe; to Keokuk, Ia. and backstamped there the next day, Very Fine.
