830 O 56F image1880 2sh brown Queen Victoria Sperati Forgery, a nicely done reproduction of this stamp, made on genuine watermarked (Spray of Rose) paper, with a genuine cancel and perforations. Unfortunately the stamp is very discoloured, still a rare item by the master Forger. Scott catalogue value for genuine would be $3,750. Accompanied by a 2017 RPSL certificate. Another example of this forgery sold by our firm in 2018 for $1,380 (including premium). (Scan 2) (All Scans)
