Complete Jubilees, Numerals, Leafs, Edwards, Quebecs, Admirals incl. many coils, then complete for regular postage issues up to 1989; complete airmails, Special Delivery #E1-E11, Registration #F1-F3 (F3 is regummed). 1852-1971 Reasonably Complete Collection in Lighthouse Hingeless Album. This is mostly used at the start with pence issue, includes nine "Cents" (missing #16), 21 Large Queens including 4 unused no gum plus better varieties, 23 Small Queens mixed mint with 9 including 3 never-hinged and used. The Jubilees through Edwards are mostly mint with some used. Jubilees ½c - $1 have 6c, 15c, and $1 used, the balance never hinged except 20c. With the Leafs, Numerals and Quebecs there are 8 regummed stamps (plus another later on). We have identified the regummed in pencil, otherwise the mint stamps have original gum and the great majority are never hinged. From 1933 on we checked all key stamps and all were found to be never hinged. The collector made an honest effort to have quality never hinged. The centering mostly ranges from F-VF or VF. A very useful start, or for stock. Scott catalogue value to 1951 over $26,000. In addition there are unlisted War Tax and perf OHMS (Unitrade $917) are as well as the modern which include the phosphors with 1970 Christmas blocks, etc. (Scan a)

A powerful collection, with many extra shades and stamps not normally found in such an offering. Better items include complete sets, some mint Small Queens, complete mint Québecs, (no Jubilees), etc. Catalogue value up to 1953 is $10,575. Also included is $4,750 worth of back of the book, including complete mint Registration, including an extra mint shade of the 5c, mint OX1, OX3 and OX4, complete mint Official Overprints, complete mint air mails and special deliveries, as well as complete used regular War Tax, plus complete mint MR2B, MR2C and MR2D set of 6, etc. Overall quality is quite nice, with fresh colours and no apparent faults.
