5072 NHOG   U.S. PLATE NUMBER COIL COLLECTION, Mint strips of three, possibly all unhinged, on Scott's pages in a green binder. We see 1981 #1, 1895b #14, 1900 #3 & #5, 1901 #5 & #6, 1903 #6, 1908 #1-16, transportation coil sets from 2123 through 2136 and 2252 through 2266 appear complete. Most issues are covered to some extent starting from those issued in 1981 through the 1992 29 cent flag. Additionally there is a strip of computer vended postage and two strips for official use.
