1915-16 KGV Single WmkSG #67b, 1d carmine-red, Plate 4 Pane VII, 2nd State, complete forme of 30 [VII/31-60] before development of 'Wattle Line' [VII/31] & 'Flaw under neck' [VII/37] varieties, but showing White scratch behing emu's head/Ferns [VII/54] and 'RA' of 'AUSTRALIA' joined [VII/60]; overprint setting with Hollow stops at [6,12,18], the Hollow Stop almost worn away at [12]; fine condition with 24 units MUH.
