image UPU Congress Presentation Books Lot of five different with various mint, Japan mounted on pages, others NH, includes Austria & Japan presented at the 1974 UPU Congress in Lausanne, also undated stockbook for Chad (Tchad) and French Colonies (Outremer) and a valuable green album from Indonesia presented at 1957 UPU Congress held at Ottawa, containing the scarce Riau Archipelago overprints Scott #1-22 (cat. $903) complete NH, couple with usual foxing or typical streaky OG but the two key values in nice condition. image International Poste Restante Mail Collection An unusually comprehensive lot of 19 covers / cards, all addressed to Poste Restante, 16 of which were mailed from another foreign country. Mounted in exhibit pages with write-up, some mailed to / from exotic destinations, spanning late 1920s to early 1970s. According to UPU regulations, this type of mail could be subject to a special charge by the Administration of the destination country in the form of an internal fee with regular postage affixed (to be paid by recipient). Thirteen different Poste Restante countries are represented. Mixed condition on some to be expected as these covers were often handled by travelling individuals. (Image)

image Old Time Collection Mounted on blank leaves in an old time binder, organized from A to Z to about 1920s including a wide range of British Colonial and Foreign countries, noted better mint Bermuda, British East Africa and Iraq officials, also Great Britain mostly used with #1 and 1890s-1910s high values to the £1. Canada with early classics such as #11 unused, #22b VF part OG, #50-60 mint and #61-65 used with light roller cancels. Then Greece, "Dead" countries, etc. Minor flaws to be expected and some mint issues partially adhered to pages; however for the most part remarkably fresh even in the Queen Victoria era. An attractive lot that is pleasing to view and has potential for better findings. (Image)

The Fischer Estate The following six lots comprises of an extensive stock put together by a Canadian collector of Hungarian background. Meticulously identified and mainly displayed in small size glassines stored in long retail boxes; each containing anywhere from 500 to 800 envelopes. Assembled over a span of many years, the collector no doubt aspired to become a stamp dealer, however the occasion never did present itself. Light duplication is to be expected, overall clean condition mint or used. These lots offers a solid ground for someone wanting substantial lots ready for retail and outright sell. Viewing is recommended to appreciate their depth and extensiveness.
