1914-1924 MINT & USED COLLECTION: Album with the well written up collection of stamps and covers of the WWI period. We note the 1914 (14 Jan) 200pi imperf. in colours plum & brown (issued colours green & black SG 515) punctured "SPECIMEN" and the 1914 Postage Due set of 4 used, Abrogation of the Capitulations set of 8 to 10pi used SG 524/533, etc. 1915/18 range of censored mail with various military censorship labels and handstamps present. Includes attractive 1916 env. Smyrna to New York, redirected, registered and censored by both Turkey & US, endorsed "American Language". Good ranges of wartime Provisional and "Behie" (discount) issues incl. scarcer types e.g. opts. on 1917 issue and issues of Eastern Roumelia. We note the scarce 1918 Armistice opt. set of 13 (incl.
