image 1604/55: Lot two Kingsletters signed by "Yo El Rey", first of Philipp III (1578-1621) on letter (1605) from Valladoid to Naples, second (1655) of Philipp IV (1605-1685), both with papered wax seals as well as letter of Albert VII Archduke of Austria (1559-1621) signed by his own hand by his wife Infanta Isabella Clara Eugenia (1566-1633), the Sovereign of the Spanish Netherlands in the Low Countries and the north of modern France with her husband, Archduke Albert VII of Austria. Their reign is considered the Golden Age of the Spanish Netherlands. Isabella was one of the most powerful women in 16th and 17th century Europe. Fine and scarce.
